房客使用權限
如顧客預訂及付款後，想取消行程，可根據以下條件退款‧
轉帳後的取消將獲得退款，不包括根據以下入住費率的取消費用。
入住日前30天或以上可免費取消預訂
入住前29天至15天取消預訂...會收取入住費的30%，不作退回。提前14天至7天取消預訂... 會收取入住費的50%，不作退回。
從第6 天至入住當天取消預訂，或者如果沒有聯系/沒有出現· · · 會收取入住費的100 ％，不作退回。
所有退款不包括所有有關銀行或其他手續費，敬請留意。
Privacy Policy
If a customer wants to cancel the trip after booking and paying, a refund can be made according to the following conditions‧
Free cancellation 30 days or more before check-in date
Cancellation between 29 days and 15 days before check-in...30% of the check-in fee will be charged and will not be refunded.
Cancellation 14 days to 7 days in advance... 50% of the check-in fee will be charged and will not be refunded
Cancellation from the 6th day to the check-in day, or if there is no contact/no-show····100% of the check-in fee will be charged and will not be refunded

提供行李寄放，恕不負保管責任
Luggage storage is provided, but we are not responsible for its storage.
旅宿未設有電梯，行動不便者及攜帶大型行李的旅人請自行斟酌入住
The hotel does not have an elevator. People with mobility difficulties and travelers with large luggage are advised to check in at their own discretion.
請事先告知正確入住人數，不可當日增加人數，若有違反情形，旅宿有權終止當日住房且不退還訂金
Please inform the correct number of guests in advance. You are not allowed to increase the number of guests on the same day. If there is any violation, the hotel has the right to terminate the stay on that day without refunding the deposit.
No unregistered guests allowed.
貴重物品請自行保管，旅宿恕不負保管責任
Please keep your valuables by yourself. The hotel will not be responsible for the storage.
